Adjust GDB to reflect pvec_type changes.

* .gdbinit (xvectype, xpr, xbacktrace): Adjust to reflect the
2012-07-04 changes to pseudovector representation.  Problem
reported by Eli Zaretskii in <http://bugs.gnu.org/12036#30>.
